MEET THE ATTORNEY

Jaclyn Walliser
Family and Estate Planning Attorney

Jaclyn Walliser always knew that she wanted to be an attorney. At a young age, she realized that attorneys could help people in ways others simply cannot. Mrs. Walliser graduated from Regent University School of Law in May 2015 and passed the Tennessee Bar Exam in July 2015. She has been serving others ever since. Mrs. Walliser is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Chattanooga Bar Association, the Brock Cooper Inn of Court, SETLAW, and the Chattanooga Estate Planning Council.

Hear from Mrs. Walliser:

After a life-changing experience, I opened my own law firm in October of 2016. The Walliser Law Firm, PLLC. I have a passion for helping people. My goal is to stand by the side of every one of my clients as they walk through life’s challenges and plan for the expected and the unexpected.

On March 4, 2016, I was in a snow skiing accident where I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury, as well as severe physical injuries. I am blessed to be alive, and by the grace of God have recovered swiftly.

This life experience taught me how truly important it is to plan for your family because no one is guaranteed tomorrow, what it is like to need someone to advocate for you, and the value of having people that will walk through life with you, at its worse and at its best. I want to be an attorney that does just those things for my clients. That is what the Walliser Law Firm is all about. Let me serve you.
